Explore Our Mission

Exalt the Lord

Psalm 34:3-4 - Proclaim the Lord’s greatness with me; let us exalt his name together.  I sought the Lord, and he answered me and rescued me from all my fears.

God’s people are to Exalt the Lord, to honor and lift Him up for Who He is, for what He has done, and for what He is going to do. We are committed as a church at GCC to Exalt the Lord in our worship, our ministries, and our personal lives.

Encourage His People

Hebrews 10:24-25 - let us consider one another in order to provoke love and good works, not neglecting to gather together...but encouraging each other...

The phrase “one another” occurs repeatedly in the New Testament – love one another, pray for one another, encourage one another. As a church, we give one another the courage to live the life God has given us through the power of His Spirit.

Engage His World

Acts 1:8 - But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come on you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.

God sends us to spread His message of truth and love to the world through word and action. We believe this is to be done globally through missions, locally through ministries, and personally through relationships by following the way of Jesus Christ.
