E-Groups

E-Groups are biblical, relational environments that further our mission to Make Disciples who EXALT the Lord, ENCOURAGE His people, and ENGAGE His world.

The desired outcome of our groups is to Multiply Mature Ministers. Serving in ministry is a responsibility of all believers. We want to equip and spur one another on in faith, unity, and service for God’s Kingdom.

As you prayerfully consider joining one or more small groups, please feel free to email with any questions or to find out what is available for each member of your family.

Acts 2:42-47

42 They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.43 Everyone was filled with awe at the many wonders and signs performed by the apostles.44 All the believers were together and had everything in common.45 They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need.46 Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts,47 praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved."

We want everyone connected in a Christ-centered community.
There are three types of E-Groups.

Exalt Groups

Exalt Groups focus on worship and prayer. These groups help to lead the church in worship and lift the praises and requests of the church to the Lord. Exalt Groups include worship and prayer teams.

Worship Team

Every person has been given gifts by the Lord. We have a desire to provide opportunities for you to use your gifts. Here are some ways you can get involved in the Worship Ministry here at GCC:

  • Singing in the worship team
  • Playing a musical instrument
  • Sound
  • Lights
  • Slides and videos
  • Live stream team

Engage Groups

Engage Groups may look like mission or service teams. These groups may be long-term or temporary in uniting for the purpose of engaging the world for Jesus as people sent to serve and share God’s loving truth. These groups may serve at GCC, in the community, or around the world. Engage Groups meet according to the needs they serve.

Welcome Team

We have a warm, welcoming church and we want to be intentional about how we welcome guests and members alike. Everyone who attends Sunday morning services is here for a reason. Our desire is to make everyone feel welcome from the time they enter the parking lot until the moment they leave the campus. It takes committed members of our church family to welcome, greet, and connect guests and regulars to the family and mission of GCC.
